Welcome to ShopEzo ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile app, and related services (together, "Service"). By using ShopEzo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

You may use ShopEzo only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law and are at least 18 years old (or of legal contractual age where you live).

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Services and Orders

ShopEzo connects you with merchants and delivery partners. Product details, prices, and availability are provided by merchants and may change without notice.

All orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product (only if you accept).

We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee product descriptions, images or pricing will always reflect the actual product exactly.

3. Pricing, Fees and Payment

Before confirming an order, you will see item price(s), taxes (if applicable), delivery or service fees, and total amount due.

Payment must be completed via secure payment providers. By placing an order you commit to pay the total shown.

We may change fees or prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Order Handling

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, merchant issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You must provide correct delivery/shipping address and be available to receive the order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no-response at delivery, your order may be canceled and fees may still apply.

5. Merchant and Third-Party Relationships

Merchants and delivery partners are independent from ShopEzo (not our employees).

We are not responsible for product quality, safety, or merchant/delivery-partner actions.

In case of issues, contact support — we will facilitate resolution, but cannot guarantee outcome.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal purposes or to violate any laws;
  • Harassing, threatening, or harming others;
  • Unauthorized access, interference with, or misuse of the Service;
  • Copying, modifying, reverse engineering any part of the Service;
  • Submitting false orders, spam, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

ShopEzo's name, logo, design, content, and other intellectual property are our property (or licensed). You may not use them without permission.

If you contribute user-generated content (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a license to store, use, display, and otherwise process that content to provide and improve our Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchant/delivery performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we and our partners are not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to a Service order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order (if any). In regions where such limitation is not allowed, such limits may not apply.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShopEzo, our affiliates, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is based. If you have a dispute, contact us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction, unless mandatory local laws say otherwise.
